<![CDATA[Quartz banger carb cap guide]]>Sat, 18 Jul 2015 21:44:31 GMThttp://quartzbangercarbcap.weebly.com/blog/quartz-banger-carb-cap-guide
A quartz banger carb cap is essential when getting started dabbing. Using both lets you appreciate the taste of your cannabis extracts. Below I have written a few pointers when getting started. Hope you enjoy and learn something new.

With so many states becoming medical, new options are appearing for cannabis patients. Cannabis extracts also know as errl, oil , wax and shatter have become the new form of medicating. Low temperature hits allow for a smooth vapor and have minimal impacts on your lungs when inhaling.

Seasoning your quartz banger is the first thing you should do after purchasing one. The best way to do this is to coat the inside of the banger dish with some concentrate. You may also use reclaim if you have any laying around.

You want the oil to coat the inside of the quartz banger. Do this up to three to four times for it to be effective. Make sure not to breathe in the hit, simply let it vaporize off. After you complete that first step, you are ready to start dabbing.

Quartz warms up faster than other nails, make sure you don't dab off of it when it is blazing red. Give it time to return back to a lower temperature before using it. Torching it for too long will give off harsher hits and will burn your concentrate.

Remember that in order to get a low temp hit, your oil must vaporize not burn off when it touches the banger. Using a quartz banger and carb lets you control the temperature of your banger easier.

It may take you a few attempts before you get your timing right. Remember that your concentrate should bubble up and vaporize in your quartz nail.

After you get your timing right, it is now time to add your quartz banger carb cap into the picture. Simply place it on top of your banger and let it lock in. The hole on the top allows air to pass through the carb cap when you inhale. Buying a thick quartz banger is ideal for this setup, since you want the nail to stay hot longer.

That's all you need to know to get started with low temps dabs. The next step would be using an e-nail to have complete control of your temperature. You would need a 16mm or 20mm banger dish to fit your coil, both can be found online at this link.

<![CDATA[Choosing the right portable vaporizer for dry herb and wax]]>Thu, 16 Jul 2015 00:31:04 GMThttp://quartzbangercarbcap.weebly.com/blog/choosing-the-right-portable-vaporizer-for-dry-herb-and-wax
With the aid of new technology, marijuana patients are looking at a new, healthier way consume their medicine. Desktop and portable vaporizers allow consumers to vaporize their cannabis instead of burning it.

Joints, blunts, and even bongs can cause a negative effect on your lungs due to the smoke being inhaled. This not only gives users a smoother smoking experience, but it also greatly reduces the amount of carcinogens that come along with combustion.

Harsh smoke can wreak havoc on your lungs and physical health in the long run. Investing in a vaporizer will reduce the health risks associated with smoking cannabis.

They are a healthier alternative to the traditional combustion method. They provide a cleaner, tastier vapor and reduce the smell that accompanies smoking cannabis.

All vaporizers serve one common purpose. Although they are sold by several different companies, the two main types of vaporizers are desktop vaporizers and portable vaporizer.

Desktop vaporizers are larger and usually power on with a wall outlet. They are meant to be kept at home and used by several people at the same time.

On the other hand, portable vaporizers are more discreet and offer the consumer a more personal smoking experience. A large majority of them rely on rechargeable batteries encased inside the unit. Two notorious portable vape companies are PAX and G-PEN.
Vaporizers all work in a similar fashion. They heat your herb to around 400°F, the vaporizing point of marijuana. This allows the cannabis to vaporize at a cooler temperature, as opposed to combustion.

The THC is then inhaled along with the vapor. You can purchase attachments to connect most vapes to either a plastic balloon or a water pipe for another layer of filtration.

Some vapes can handle the use of not only dry herbs, but also cannabis extracts and concentrates. When combined, this allows for the maximum amount of THC to be utilized.

The benefit of not having to burn your cannabis is that many carcinogens and unwanted plant material isn't inhaled when consuming your medicine. Vapor is much less harsh than smoke, leaving your lungs feeling better even after multiple sessions.

If you want to be more discreet about your habits, vapor from your vape tends to smell much less than smoke from a burning joint.

This means that the smell and vapor will clear out quicker than if you were to be smoking. This is a huge advantage to those with roommates that aren't keen to marijuana.

Another big plus to owning a vaporizer is the amount of money you end up saving in the long run. Vapes utilize much less herb, since you get the full spectrum of THC when vaporizing your herbs.

Purchasing one with an oil and concentrate attachment means you have an all-around marijuana device!
